To kick off the 2018 baseball season, the Saltdogs strategically collaborated with Firespring to create a campaign that would increase attendance and walk-up traffic for Opening Day. Emphasizing the unique, family-friendly experience the Saltdogs offers fans, Firespring combined digital strategy with an event promotion that featured University of Nebraska—Lincoln head football coach Scott Frost throwing the opening pitch.
