A digital campaign that smashed it out of the park.

To kick off the 2018 baseball season, the Saltdogs strategically collaborated with Firespring to create a campaign that would increase attendance and walk-up traffic for Opening Day. Emphasizing the unique, family-friendly experience the Saltdogs offers fans, Firespring combined digital strategy with an event promotion that featured University of Nebraska—Lincoln head football coach Scott Frost throwing the opening pitch.

By activating Facebook ads and boosted posts alongside email surveys for Saltdogs fans, Firespring helped the team achieve its second highest walk-up traffic ever, a 485% improvement over 2017 Opening Day walk-up traffic and 43% improvement over 2017 Opening Day total attendance.
